How to Use a Smartphone as a Computer Mouse

Smartphone turns out to be widely functional, not only as a means of communication and supporting productivity. At certain times, you can even turn your Android smartphone into a computer mouse as a temporary replacement tool.

To do this, you only need two additional applications, one installed on the smartphone and one installed on the computer. This tutorial will show you the steps.

Preparation

Download the Bluetooth Remote PC application on your smartphone.
Next, download the Android Remote PC server at androidremotepc.com and install it on your computer.
Make sure bluetooth on your smartphone and computer is on.

Steps to make a smartphone a computer mouse

Run the application on your smartphone at the same time as the Remote PC Server application on the computer.
On the smartphone, select the Bluetooth option.
If Bluetooth is already connected, the app will show name and IP, but if it fails, try to scan again.
After successfully connected, your smartphone will display several options, select Mouse.
You will be directed to the mouse panel where you can move your finger on the smartphone screen. Based on what I tried, this application runs very well and smoothly. The left button acts as a left click on the mouse, and the right button acts as a right click.

What is the Solution If Bluetooth Failed To Connect?

At the beginning of using this application, I also experienced a similar problem. The solution, you can reconnect the smartphone with the computer. The trick is this.

Type Bluetooth in the search field / cortana.
Turn Bluetooth to ON, then let the computer scan your Bluetooth smartphone. So, make sure the Bluetooth on the smartphone is also on.
Back to the computer, if the smartphone has been detected, click Pair.
Then on the PC, click Yes to continue
While on the smartphone a code will appear, click Pair.
Now, the smartphone and computer are connected. You can repeat the steps in the tutorial above.
